Context:
A specialist MGA wanted to find a partner MGA (that wrote complementary classes of business) to merge with, to accelerate growth.
What We Did:
A Camelot Expert was part of the leadership team and, initially, focused on establishing project objectives and defining what a preferred partner would look like. They were subsequently responsible for the preparation of all marketing material, target identification and assessment, subsequent due diligence and provided input to the appraisal of offers received.
Resulting Business Benefits:
Over a 6-month period a number of possible partners were identified with bids received, resulting in the preferred bidder being selected.
