David, a former Insurance CIO, is a global speaker and consultant, helping companies navigate digital disruption, maximize ROI, and leverage emerging technologies. He also leads Camelot Consulting, supported by a network of 150+ senior insurance experts, providing strategic guidance and practical solutions across the industry.

Caroline Ellicott

Caroline leads Camelot Consulting, managing client relationships, project delivery, and expert resourcing. She ensures smooth execution of proposals and engagements, overseeing contracts and consultant selection. Previously, she was London Regional Manager at Hiscox and Head of Private Clients at Stackhouse Poland.

Cecilia Morgan

Cecilia manages consultant onboarding, invoicing, and financial reconciliation at Camelot Consulting. She also oversees contract execution with internal and external stakeholders, working closely with the Sales team to provide support as needed. Previously, she worked at Allianz Commercial and is passionate about ESG, Diversity & Inclusion.

Duncan runs his own independent consultancy having held senior roles within insurers, MGA’s and brokers both in the regions and London market. He provides strategic advice to the C-suite of insurance businesses and insurtechs to help them scale and grow. As part of Camelot Consulting he helps both deliver on projects and help promote the unique offering.

His proven track record is derived from running the P&L and sales for large global accounts, and from the sales of large complex business and IT transformation services to clients. For Camelot, Jeremy is leveraging his background and the marketplace to provide the latest industry, digital, data and AI solutions to Insurance.

Motivation, attitude, and a positive approach drives improvements within Camelot with a proven record of delivering results. Sue gained her work experience at Royal Mail as a Manager dealing with high level complaints sent to the Chairman's office.
