How Our Coaching and Mentoring Process Works

Camelot has a panel of approved and vetted Coaches and Mentors drawn from our Expert network. The process is simple:

Submit a coaching and mentoring enquiry
Complete the Coaching or Mentoring Enquiry Form, sharing your current role, LinkedIn profile and what you want to achieve.
Matching with an experienced colleague
Camelot reviews your needs and runs a matching process to connect you with a suitable Camelot Coach or Mentor whose expertise fits your objectives and organisational context.
Free initial chemistry session
You and your potential Coach or Mentor meet for an initial 30 minute free session to see if the relationship feels right and to clarify the focus for your work together.
Ongoing sessions arranged directly
Once both parties confirm the relationship, you arrange future dates and times together. You agree how often to meet, what you want to focus on, and how you will measure success.

No feedback is passed back to Camelot and all coaching and mentoring sessions are confidential, creating a safe space for honest reflection, learning and development.

Principles and Commercials of Executive Coaching and Mentoring Programmes

To keep the coaching relationship clear and professional, Camelot applies the following principles:

The services are delivered by Camelot Experts using a commercial relationship on a sub contracting basis.
The fee paid to Camelot for coaching and mentoring is £300 per hour (excluding VAT).
Every mentee or coachee is offered an initial 30 minute free session with their prospective Mentor or Coach to test the fit and confirm the focus.
Once the relationship is confirmed, the Coach and Coachee or Mentor and Mentee arrange suitable dates and times directly.
Sessions are run in confidence and are focused on your objectives, performance, leadership and professional growth.

This structure ensures a clear process, a professional framework, and a strong emphasis on mutual trust, learning and results.
